1. What is the status of my order?
When you place an order with us, we will email you as items ship in your order. Orders can take up to 3 business days ( M-F) to process. We will also provide a tracking number at that time, allowing you to track your order every step of the way.
2. Do you ship Internationally ?
No, currently, items only ship within the U.S only. We are working on expanding to other countries in the near future. If there are any questions please contact us at Support@myfoxyfashions.com
3. How fast will I receive my order?
Most products are coming from our overseas warehouse. Getting your order to you as fast as we can is our priority. After receiving your order. There is a Processing time which is between 1-3 business days (M-F). This includes checking inventory, quality, to make sure you are receiving the best product and packaging. After processing, products are promptly shipped. A tracking number will be provided at that time. Items will arrive within 4- 7 days after an order is placed.
* Please note processing orders is only done on business days ( M-F) Orders placed on weekends will not start processing until the next business day. Orders placed after 3pm will not start processing until the next business day*
If you need the product by a certain date, please plan accordingly. Unfortunately My Foxy Fashions at this time doesn't have the option for expedited shipping. At a future date faster shipping will be made available through couriers that offer quicker shipping. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
*Regarding cancelling an order after it's shipped.* Please note, once an order is shipped out and en route, Shipments can't be stopped midway in route. Please also note, monies can't be refunded at that time. When you receive the order, Visit the return and exchange center and starting the return process. Once we have it in our possession you will be refunded immediately. Returns are hassle free, the main priority is customer satisfaction.
3. What are the shipping fees?
Shipping cost is $6.99. Spending over $75.00 qualifies for free shipping . Please refer to our shipping policy if needed.
4. What If I need a return or want to exchange a product?
We make returns and exchanges hassle free. Cost for returning a product is the responsibility of the consumer. We will accept unworn clothing items with original tags, receipt and in original packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. Some items cannot be returned such as swimwear,bodysuits,lingerie,intimates,gloves,hats, jewelry,sale items,discounted items,gift cards.
Once the return package is received and inspected for quality. After it's approved you will receive an email with the confirmation.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to receive the refund.
5. Do I have to subscribe to order from your store? No you don't have to but there are many benefits if you do! Being a Foxy Fashionista, you can receive special discount codes, birthday recognition, notifications on upcoming products and back in stock items, also early notifications on upcoming sales dates.
